 Casttelnau is a boutique brand specializing in long aging on the lees, founded in 1916 to honor winner of Champagne battle during WW1, they became purveyor of the gentry, diplomatic and military circles, restaurants and deluxe department stores and differentiate themselves by doubling the usual aging time.
